Born and raised in the U.K., Marc and Allister Blackham, also known as the EC Twins, initially immersed themselves into the house music scene in Edinburgh, Scotland at age 16. In 2005 they moved to Los Angeles, and after years of struggling and finding themselves virtually homeless, the EC Twins finally proved to L.A. that they could pack any club. Today, the EC Twins are L.A.'s highest demanded house music DJ's. Performing as the opening act for artists including the Black Eyed Peas, Gym Class Heroes, Avenged Sevenfold, Shaggy, and Avril Levine. The EC Twins learned how to pump up any type of crowd by projecting incredibly contagious energy. They continue to play at festivals such as the Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival and the Winter Music Conference. They have current residencies at New York's Lavo, Las Vegas' Marquee and Miami's Liv. The EC Twins have proved to the world that they are landmarks in the electronic scene, not only as well respected DJ's, but also highly sought out producers. The talented duo have achieved top 10 success with their remix of Andy Caldwell's ìScreamî and a remix of Second Sun & Paul Harris' Doin' It Well, which outsold the original 8:1. The EC Twins continually work hard to pave the way for house music nationwide.
